Our Vision
To build a sustainable and innovative agricultural enterprise contributing to a food-secure and hunger-free East Africa.
Kikyusa Sub County · Luwero District · Uganda
Jaguuza Eco Farms is building a modern, sustainable and technology-driven agricultural enterprise contributing to food security in Uganda and East Africa.
Who we are
Jaguuza Eco Farms focuses on sustainable agricultural production, food security, environmental responsibility and improved farming practices. From Kikyusa Sub County in Luwero District, we operate a diversified mixed-farming model combining crop and livestock production.
We seek to improve agricultural production and productivity through the adoption of sustainable farming practices, appropriate technology, mechanisation and value addition.
In the longer term, Jaguuza aims to develop into a modern and integrated agricultural enterprise combining commercial production, agricultural mechanisation, value addition, farmer learning and technology-driven agricultural innovation — with an ambition that extends beyond Uganda to the wider East African region.
Our Vision
To build a sustainable and innovative agricultural enterprise contributing to a food-secure and hunger-free East Africa.
Our Mission
To produce quality agricultural products sustainably, apply appropriate technologies and mechanisation, add value to agricultural commodities, and share practical knowledge that enables farmers and communities to improve production, productivity and livelihoods.
Our farm
Crop and livestock production work together. Livestock produces the manure that feeds the soil; the soil produces the crops. Nothing in the system stands on its own.
Future direction Poultry breeding, a hatchery, and production of day-old chicks.
Organic manure produced on the farm returns fertility to the soil and reduces dependence on bought-in inputs — the foundation of how we farm.
Future direction Standardising and scaling manure production into a consistent product.
What we produce
We supply individual consumers, commercial buyers, wholesalers, retailers, hotels, schools and institutions. Enquire about any product below and we will respond with current availability and pricing.
Sustainable agriculture
Responsible agricultural practice and commercially viable farming are not in opposition. Jaguuza is built to demonstrate that they reinforce each other.
Technology & mechanisation
Appropriate technology and mechanisation reduce production constraints, lift efficiency and raise productivity. Here is what we run today, and what we are building towards.

What mechanisation delivers
Value addition
Value addition is a major pillar of our growth strategy — the move from simply producing commodities to processing, standardising, packaging and reaching higher-value markets.
